Our Summer

I have been missing in action from the blog. Our little addition has kept me busy and by the time I have time to blog I am to tired to think about it. Hopefully we have kicked the summer colds and nasty virus that kept us under the weather for a couple weeks.
We have had a busy summer - family trip to Holiday World, county fair, Indiana State Fair (twice), parades, trips to the Zoo, Children's Museum and library, family birthday celebrations and so much more.

Grand Champ!

Mom always said that she was robbed of her 4-H years and because of that, I think that she hit the 2011 fair on a mission. That mission paid off because she walked away as a CHAMPION!
We couldn't locate her project at first and thought that it was pulled however, after running through the exhibit one more time, we discovered it on the "Champions Table." We were all laughing so hard... She was shocked and excited...we all were!
We always knew that you had it in you!
We even received replicas of the award winning photography. Thanks Mom!
