A weekend with the Haas Family

A few weekends ago, Shane and I took a few days off work for a long weekend to southern Indiana. We love it down there! We got to spend a few days with our wonderful friends, Melissa and Ryan Haas and their precious kiddos. We did our usual fun stuff but we also took in Holiday World now that Griffin and the girls are bigger.

If you haven't had a chance to visit Holiday World - you MUST! I have actually started talking to my family about next summer. It is so clean and the staff is all very friendly. I just can't say enough about it. The kids tuckered out but Melissa and I wanted to keep going. :)

Day at the Children's Museum

This past weekend, Melissa, Ryan, Grace and Griffin (The Haas') came to Indy. It has become a tradition. Ryan use to be a wrestling coach and with the State Finals going on, he likes to check it out. We have learned from previous years that it really isn't a place for little ones.
While Shane and Ryan went and did "their thing" we took the kiddos to the Children's Museum. That place always amazes me. We walk in and literally the line is close to coming out of the museum. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait long enough.
We had a blast! The kids were so good. We look forward to going back soon. I think the girls will be getting a membership for their birthday...
