Today we had another appointment. Just a standard visit to measure the cervix. As I have mentioned in previous posts, they have to measure this every two weeks to make sure that it isn't showing signs of stress which could lead to premature labor. We DON'T want that! It has decreased but nothing to be alarmed over. They will just continue to watch it over the next few months.
The babies are doing well. They were moving around like crazy. At one point, they were face-to-face. It was cute!
I am so glad that Shane got to come to this appointment. He had to miss a couple but I think that he enjoys it just as much as I do!
I have been feeling the babies move for a week or so. It is really amazing! Shane felt one of them for the first time on Father's Day. I think that was pretty special. Sure beats his Father's Day gift...the Daddy Diaper Bag!
We go back to the doctor for a more extensive appointment on July 9. We'll have updated pictures and more information at that time. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers. Enjoy your summer and stay cool!
